WHAT WE DO
The Davis Agency LLC specializes in selling mortgage protection (life insurance to homeowners), final expense and retirement planning. Each week our company post digital ads and mails out thousands of letters to homeowners, retirees (or nearing retirement age) and those looking for life insurance. Clients who are interested in our product(s) complete a questionnaire. We then contact these families and help them apply for the coverage they qualify for at a price they can afford.

WHAT WE NEED
We are actively hiring:

LICENSED life and health agents; and
NON-LICENSED agents (non-licensed agents must be willing to obtain a license. Details provided during interview)

WHAT YOU MAKE
This is a full commission position. It allows you to work as much or as little as you like, with the opportunity to create the income that meets your needs and desires.

WHAT TO EXPECT
While you need to be self-motivated to work on your own, you're not alone. We offer mentorship, support, and extensive training to guide you to success. Candidates must have the ability to learn, the willingness to work the system, and to be open to feedback. This is a business of metrics. Do the work and the results will follow.
